, JAKARTA — Farpoint, sayap bisnis grup Gunung Sewu di sektor properti mengutamakan konsep bangunan hijau dalam apartemen kelas atas yang sedang dikembangkan perusahaan yakni Verde 2, melanjutkan proyek sebelumnya bertajuk serupa Verde.

Jusuf Halimi CEO Farpoint Group mengatakan ketahanan kualitas bangunan serta menghemat energi dan ramah lingkungan serta tahan panas adalah fokus utama perusahaan. Konsumen lanjut dia mengharapkan sustainability yang mengakomodasi kenyamanan dan gaya hidup sehat. Setelah tutup atap pada Rabu (14/2) diharapkan serah terima kepada konsumen bisa secara bertahap dilakukan hingga 2019 mendatang.

“Energi yang yang dipakai lebih sedikit bisa menghemat 37, watt kecil, last for longer . material yang digunakan ramah lingkungan,”katanya Rabu (14/2).
Proyek berlokasi di Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan itu menelan nilai investasi hingga Rp2,5 triliun termasuk nilai konstruksi. Sejak diperkenalkan pada 2014,tutur dia, perusahaaan tengah melakukan penjualan di menara timur dengan tingkat penjualan 50%.

Secara total hunian ini memang hanya merangkum 312 unit dengan komposisi yang sebanding antara investor dengan penghuni langsung. Harga jual hunian di kawasan ini sudah mencapai Rp48 juta per meter persegi. Unit hunian yang disediakan terbatas mengingat luasan yang dijual juga berkisar 210 meter persegi hingga 230 meter persegi.

Menurut Jusuf, kawasan Kuningan ini akan menjadi kawasan CBD ketiga setelah Mega Kuningan dan Sudirman Central Business District. Dia mengatakan banyak perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Nehara (BUMN) yang juga memiliki lahan pengembangan di sini yang potensial dikembangkan.
“Sementara untuk menara barat kami lepas setelah melihat dulu kondisi pasarnya,” imbuhnya.

Untuk proyek selanjutnya, perusahaan masih fokus di Jakarta Raya untuk proyek residensial dan perkantoran. Masih banyak proyek dan sumber daya yang bisa dikerjakan di Jakarta.
